		<description>I'd love for entourage not to crash every time my macbook is left to standby for more than a few hours. I'd also love entourage not to freeze when updating shared calendars. I'd also love not to have the "sending and receiving" window pop up over my current work every 10 minutes. Actually, that should all be behind the scenes.

		<description>We're looking into the Blackberry issue.  We'd heard intermittent reports of this, but it hadn't bubbled up through our standard support channels. Don't have an update right now other than we're investigating.</description>

		<description>Good luck with restoration. As a 13 year veteran of email administration (Lotus &#38; Exchange) I learned to back those databases up no less than on a quarterly basis. Since I'm PC based (most of the time) those are the post office archive, or *.PST files. 
Backups should also be made before any major suite of applications are installed. 

Hopefully your PIM, or other PDA has a solid synchronized backup of your Contacts &#38; Calendar.
