The sentiment left unwritten there was &quot;...for a fee...&quot; The balance here is whatever the market will bear. Globalization merely allows the local market to be influenced by that metaphorical &quot;all&quot; above.

Window shopping in Amsterdam? As a capitalist, you should have recognized this indication of the oldest profession. The Ladies &amp; their red lights should have given that signage a little less &#039;universal&#039; weight.

It is a nice thought though, beyond that historical context.</description>
