HRO's & Condo ownership rules work well, with only minor contention. Current development commmunities only fail when reverting properties, homes are taken by bank forclosure. Or worse: then they're abandoned. This brings the entire communities property values down, one abandoned house at a time. ANSWER: Simply add contractual obligations to return such mortgages to the collective City 2.0 corporation, instead of to random banks, investment realtors or other generic lean & mortgage holders. This City 2.0 LLC should protect all parties. Why scrap private ownership? HRO’s & Condo ownership rules work well, with only minor contention.

They are also good examples why pure Libertarian, and a few capitalist economies can be dangerous. This does not mean communist, or socialist states are better, if they are not ecologically socially responsible. Ulitimately socially responsible (sometimes conservative), or technocratic 'ownership' economic application is the best choice in a real world environment; where long-term results taken into consideration.
