City of The Future Planning Software

There is a working prototype of the software for planning the City of the Future (COTF) written in Ruby on Rails. However, given the fact the design goal is a repository of information for concepts surround the planning and construction of any COTF by any government or organization, there may be massive benefits to use software already designed for a similar task, such as Wikia, which has many localizations.

I am hoping to install and start testing Wikia on www.youreco.com as soon as today. The goal is to port all of the blog content from YourEco to this site for a repository. More to come.

This link still leads to a blank page. Is this where you intend to keep the online plan suggestions,or have you come up with an alternative solution?
