PS: "CotF" is not as good a moniker as "City 2.0" If there are copywrite issues, this blog would be a good place for alternative suggestions. Just a reminder, but if you want help all you need to do is ask. I've currently got nothing but time, a good place to work (actually several), and a very small budget requirement. Nothing shows there, not even a basic splash page.
